  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 12 cups water

Toast rice with cinnamon and soak overnight in 2 cups of water.

Toast seeds and peanuts.

Blend rice, seeds, and peanuts with rest of water. Add sugar and blend to mix well.

Strain, pour over ice and serve.
