Shucos y Mixtas

serves 8

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 head of green cabbage, sliced thin
  • salt to taste
  • 4 buns
  • 4 large corn tortillas
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard

Boil hot dogs until plump and hot. Set aside. Add cabbage and salt to water, Drain and set aside cabbage after softened, likely 2 minutes.

Toast buns on each side and warm tortillas. Spread guacamole on each bun and tortilla. Add hot dogs and cabbage. Top with mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup.
