- 7 small ears of corn
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp corn starch
Remove kernels from 6 ears of corn. Blend raw corn kernels with milk for 4 minutes until smooth. Bring to a boil in a large pot with sugar, 2 cups of water and a cinnamon stick.
Mix remaining 1 cup of water and corn starch, add to mixture, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
In a separate pot, boil remaining ear of corn for 15 minutes. Remove kernels and use as a garnish.
